Profile

·     University degree, electrical or mechanical engineering
·     5+ years working experience, preferably in Marine or HVAC industry (from design institutes, shipyards or manufacturers of marine or HVAC products), to have a working knowledge and understanding of the Company’s products and applications, etc.
·     Sales/marketing experience in relevant field would be a plus
·     Good command of English
·     Dynamic and self-motivated
·     Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Main Duties

·     Drive & coordinate marine & offshore projects, from project lead/inquiry, negotiation, proposal, quotation through to sales order and execution
·     Maintain Key Accounts
·     Develop sales network of shipyards, system solution suppliers and dealers
·     Obtain the views of our customers (shipyards, system solution suppliers on Refrigeration and HVAC, and dealers) and designers
·     Define detailed product range needed for the Chinese marine market
·     Specifications, performances, standards and certifications/approvals of marine application products
·     Monitoring changes in marine application requirements
·     Achieve and beat the sales targets set and agreed

Location :Depending on the candidates’ current situation, we expect this person to be based in or around Shanghai and to work from home or from our Shanghai rep office.
